For the 23rd Annual Meeting taking place April 16 - 21, 2013, and Satellite Meeting the following timelines will be followed: 
September 28 2012 Call for Team (Multi-author) abstracts opens
November 2 2012 Last day to submit Team (Multi-author) abstracts*
November 16 2012 Call for Individual (oral & poster) abstracts opens
Meeting registration and accommodation opens
Last day that accepted Team (Multi-author) abstracts are confirmed 
Scholarship applications open
Preliminary meeting program announced
December 21 2012 Last day to submit Individual (Oral) abstracts*
January 18 2013 Last day that accepted Individual (Oral) abstracts are confirmed
January 18 2013 Last day to submit Scholarship applications*
Last day to submit Individual (Poster) abstracts*
Last day to submit recommendations for Keynote Speakers
February 1 2013 Final meeting program announced
Last day that accepted Individual (Poster) abstracts are confirmed
Scholarship recipients announced
February 8 2013 Last day to register at "early-bird" conference rate
March 15 2013 Last day to register at "regular" conference rate
March 29 2013 Last day to submit Satellite Meeting proposal for the 2014 Meeting
April 3 2013 Last day to reserve accommodation within guaranteed block period
April 15 2013 Satellite Meeting starts (reception)
April 16  2013 Satellite Meeting ends
April 17  2013 Annual Meeting starts
April 21 2013 Annual Meeting ends (breakfast only)
August 31 2013 Last day of membership year / memberships expire

*IMPORTANT:  Confirmations of accepted abstracts and scholarships are issued via email within 2 weeks of the submission closing dates.  Institutional email filters may result in emails not being delivered.  If you have not received a confirmation email from us (i.e. management@ncm-society.org) by these dates, please contact us.
