Our 23rd Annual Conference will take place April 16 – 20, 2013 at the El San Juan Hotel, The Warldof Astoria Collection, in San Juan on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico.

Conference Registration Fees*
NCM Members receive preferential registration fees for the Annual Conference. The fee structure (in USD) for the Annual Meeting is as follows:

Satellite Meeting Registration Fees**
The Satellite Meeting (April 15-16) is open for all to attend. The fee structure (in USD) for the Satellite Meeting is as follows:

Social Function Tickets
Members traveling with family or guests may purchase social function tickets for their guests. Tickets can be purchased individually for both the Annual meeting Opening Dinner, Satellite Opening Drinks Reception and the CLosing Drinks Reception. All prices are outlined below.

NCM Excursions
NCM has engaged with a local tour operator to provide a conference rate to visit the Bioluminescent Lagoon Kayak Tour to BioBay by nightfall. The schedule of the pre-booked tours are on Wednesday April 17 19:15-22:00 and Friday April 19 16:45-20:00. We encourage you to make the most of your visit to Puerto Rico and book in advance. Please note: tours are limited to 30 guests and is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Prices include transport (transport requires 7 guest minimum). Registration for yourself and your guests can be completed during the registration process. As we have to confirm trips with our guides one month prior to the conference, trips must be booked by March 15. For more information regarding this excursions, click here.
Internet Access
NCM has arranged a conference package for internet access throughout the El San Juan Hotel Satellite and Annual Meeting areas. Should you wish to access the internet during the conference, we recommend you purchase one of the packages noted below:
NCM has arranged a conference package deal for internet access throughout the EL San Juan Resort annual meeting and satellite meeting area. Should you wish to access the internet throughout the satellite meeting and/or annual conference during the program, we recommend you purchase one of the packages and this can be done through the registration tool. Please note: these internet connections will require a specific log in code that will be provided at registration and are valid for one device only. If you require internet on more than one devices, please select the quantity accordingly on the registration tool.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for either the Satellite Meeting or the Annual Conference received prior to March 15, 2013 receive a full refund less a $75 service charge. After March 15 no refunds will be provided.
