Our 23rd Annual Meeting and a corresponding Satellite Meeting will take place, once again, at the El San Juan Hotel & Casino, the Waldorf Astoria Collection, in San Juan on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico.
El San Juan Hotel & Casino
Located in the fashionable Isla Verde district, only 10 minutes from San Juan's International Airport, the charming and stunning El San Juan hotel is nestled along the most beautiful beach on the island and surrounded by 15 lush acres of landscaped grounds - perfectly blending tropical splendor with old-world sophistication. Relax on the white-sand beach, enjoy the pool areas, play a game of tennis, dine in one of the many on-site restaurants or dance the night away in the nightclub. The hotel has it all.
With exceptional group rates, complimentary internet connections in the bedrooms, comfortable meeting rooms and an absolutely stunning setting, the El San Juan Hotel is the perfect place for our meetings.
Families with children will be able to leave their children under the care of the Kids Klub team for a day full of activities, snacks, drinks and lunch. A per child fee of $50 per day applies.
Arrangements can be made with our secretariat to join NCM specific excursions and activities, or you can arrange your own excursions with the hotel's travel concierge desk.

Note: After April 3, the above rates cannot be guaranteed, and will be booked on an "as available" basis.
*All rates are subject to an 11% resort tax and 14% resort tariff, a Bellman fee of $5.25 per person (one-time) and a Housekeeping Service of $1.00 per person, per day. Additional local and state tax of 1% City and 6% PR tax are applicable to goods, services and service fees. For cribs and rollaway beds there will be a fee of $2.00 per day.
*Based on availability, these rates are valid for 3 days before (i.e. from April 13) and 3 days after (i.e. until April 24) the conference. Take advantage of the rates and treat yourself to an extended stay!

Hampton Inn & Suites - Alternative Accommodation
Although El San Juan Hotel & Casino will act as the HQ venue for the conference, NCM has taken note of member feedback and secured rooms for a lower rate in very close proximity to the HQ Hotel (across the road) in the Hampton Inn & Suites. This hotel offers an alternative for those who are on a lower budget, ideal for students, to assist you in making arrangements for attending the Annual Meeting. The hotel includes hot breakfast, internet access, pool-side entertainment and Fitness Centre.
